Absolutely great product would definitely recommend and buy an again. customer support is also great as I had a couple of problems with my steering wheel controls and re-camera. Which was sorted within half an hour to an hour dealing with Tommy which sorted all my problems once again great product and great service and delivery time was good. Need to set yourself a good couple of hours for install and setting up as there are heaps of Little hidden functions and settings!!

Firstly there customer service was excellent. Tommy in particular was fantastic with a couple of little issues I had and he sorted them all out very quickly with ultra fast responses to everything. The unit install went very well (once again Tommy was great with his offers of assistance) and the unit itself is excellent and works perfectly. I can only speak for the Mazda CX5 model unit but It is an impressive piece of kit and I highly recommend it.

Not only is the product great, it works flawlessly and is super responsive with great graphics rendering. But the customer service was even better! I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Patrick J, every question, query or concern I raised was answered with prompt response and plenty of supporting detail. Even to the point of providing photos to assist with verification. A breath of fresh air getting this level of support on a new product, it really made the already simple install an absolute breeze as I had everything required before the installation. 5 star product with 6 star service. When I opened the box and saw all the various cables, I thought this is going to be too hard for me, however after watching a YT video it all made sense. I installed into a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the hardest part and most fiddly is removing the radio, heater/ac etc module from the old bezel and installing it correctly on the new bezel, however there is a YT video covering that, there are a few hidden screws. Thanks to Tommy I got everything sorted, he was fantastic with his responses. Great product and great service

Great unit for my Isuzu MUX. The full install took me about 3 hours in my driveway but works a treat and the screen quality is super slick. I needed to get some help making sure the steering wheel controls all matched up with my unit. Kevin responded to my email in about 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and helped me fix it in 10 minutes.

I’m very happy with this product overall. It performs as expected and meets my needs well. What really stood out, though, was the excellent after-sales support. Tommy was incredibly helpful in assisting me with some setup and settings issues, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His support made a big difference to my experience. Quick delivery once I decided on the device. Easy install and took a couple of goes to get the right cables but all good. After a couple of days it kept cutting out. A website that has a good layout, and search function. Friendly support via email, with really quick replies. Great unit, but was surprised it was sent from China. But even still only took 5 business days after tracking note was sent. Had it fitted up in less than 15 mins, as I've installed similar in dozens of cars. Thanks again!

I recently purchased a unit for one for my customers BMW E90. Its a great quality unit with all the modern functionality you could need or want. The unit is installed and working well with great online help from Tommy and others. The installation guide supplied is generic which I expected because of the diversity of vehicles it fits but most of the process is obvious. A very good product which brings my Prado into the modern era.

It took some time to clear up the various issues that we had encounted, partially due to me not having the time to implement the solutions that had been provided, however the staff were consistantly helpfull reactive and kept me up to date with the progress with the solution options. I was having trouble down loading apps and a couple of other things as l am not up with these new units. Contacted Patric who was the most helpful person and explained how to do it. Instructions in the box could have been better, but when I contacted the Online Help on a Sunday, I had a response in minutes (7 day a week support!!!). Patrick J was incredibly helpful, and he had my issue sorted or he gave me advice on what needed to be done. He also followed up over the next few days to confirm everything was working etc.
