Fantastic Products, and customer service
The fast delivery times and clear communication were top notch, as well as their customer service and installation support. The unit was very easy to install, while there are no detailed instructions I don’t believe they are necessary, all the connectors are keyed uniquely so it’s near impossible to mess anything up. The Unit got up and running almost immediately. I wanted to mention Patrick J, he is second to none in customer service. he was polite, clear, and eager to help. A+ all around.

BEST upgrade EVER
Absolutely amazing support and product. I had installed in my 2012 BMW 328i msport. These guys were there all the way, only one question from installer which was answered promptly. The unit works perfectly and quality is amazing. Is actually better than what i thought it was going to be. You genuinely feel they want to help and after being installed can see why they’re so confident with their products. My installer said its first one of this brand to install, and first one that actually works out of aftermarket ones he’s been asked to install before. We’re both impressed with the quality as well. Amazing🤩

This review is for Kevin, not the product. Kevin has been patient and extremely thorough in working with me to adjust settings and work on fixes for my flagship unit that has been plagued with issues since day 1. A factory reset finally seemed to clear alot of it up, however i have had 2 issues since. Next issue i will put through for a replacement unit that Kev said they absolutely can sort for me. Fingers crossed, but couldnt have better post purchase support

Great sales experience and product
Great pre- and post-sales experience; the product is quality and after a week's use, seems to be what it claims. The installation was daunting me for a few months, but once I got to it, I found the instructions good and the chat support first-rate. Special mention to Thomas, thanks for your patience and input. It took some time to clear up the various issues that we had encounted, partially due to me not having the time to implement the solutions that had been provided, however the staff were consistantly helpfull reactive and kept me up to date with the progress with the solution options. Very happy with the assistance from kevin. All issues have been resolved and my wife is very happy with the outcome.

Highly recommend the product fully satisfied with the final outcome and performance. It was really nice working with Rivandi for technical support and guidance, skills, and professionalism is at very best. Thank you again Rivandi for you support and guidance. As a Improvement it is good if the product can match with the original panel colours, and include a wire diagram with the product.
