Having purchased my new Brumstadt plug and play system for my Mazda 3, I couldn't be happier. With no experience, I installed the unit myself easily. The unit works perfectly and really enhances the look of the dashboard. The after sales service from Patrick J is possibly the best I have experienced. I bought an aftermarket screen with car play and a reversing camera. I was installing this by myself and I had never done it before. I have to say the customer service, in particular by Tommy, was incredible. Any question or problem I had was answered, and nothing was too much of a problem for him to help me with. I would definitely recommend buying from this store. As the aftermarket care was next level.

I purchased a Brummstadt Android wireless Carplay head unit for my 2019 Jeep JLU and received absolute 5-star support from Tommy, Kevin and Patrick. I was struggling with setting up the wiring and connections and Tommy went completely above and beyond. Not only did he walk me through the troubleshooting process step-by-step with incredible patience, but he also supplied additional devices at zero cost to help try and get the unit integrated. The customer service team's responsiveness and product knowledge are truly first-rate. I’ve never experienced this level of after-sales support in the car audio industry. Although this unit eventually did not integrate with my Jeep as promised and I had hoped, Brummstadt refunded my purchase in full. This company, and the people behind it, are highly recommended! I would buy from them again.

Purchased a head unit for my MUX. Delivery took about 2 weeks. I accidentally ordered the DMAX unit but Tommy on the on line chat was very helpful in changing the order. Despite limited instructions regarding the installation a few you tube videos assisted and it was quite simple. Everything worked apart from the steering wheel controls as I couldn’t find the learning screen shown in the instructions. This time Kevin was very helpful and sent me some instructions and the issue was fixed. Very happy with the unit and the after sales assistance all at a very good price. Would recommend.

I bought a head unit to replace an original one for our 2009 Honda. It was easy to order and arrived relatively quickly (noting it is delivered directly from China). It was an easy plug and play instillation. I referred to YouTube for instructions on removing my original headset. There were a couple of minor issues I needed guidance with and Tommy through the online messaging service was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction. The unit looks amazing in the car - it looks like it was always meant to be there.

I am an IT Manager. The one thing I look for is Warranty and Support for the things I buy. I can honestly say Brummstadt offer that. They have been fantastic answering heaps of my email questions and follow up support on install The guys there have been excellent and a special thanks to Kevin who has gone above and beyond in his support. Brummstadt will always be my go to for future upgrade of Head Units.

These guys are next level! The support and service was something i have never experienced before. I''m no auto electrician, but wanted to give the installation of the head unit and reverse camera a go. Tommy and the team were so helpful and patient and guided me through the installation setup. I bounced emails to them regularly with a prompt reply understanding the issue and providing a way to fix it. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Just updated my head unit in a 2016 Honda HRV. Best move ever! Great size and look! Gives the dash a more modern look. Reversing camera still works well and I love all the additional features of this head unit. Definitely worth the effort. I wanted a Brummstad head unit so I could use Apple Car and Apple Maps in my 2016 DM SantaFe Highlander. As this was optioned up I was particular to not want to lose any of the Highlander options, especially the awesome sound system. After a few delays with getting correct Canbus unit , the system is 100% working as promised. The trouble shooting staff at Brummstadt, especially Tommy and Kevin were extremely dedicated to my eventual success and complete satisfaction. All issues were respectfully resolved. I can thoroughly recommend these units and Brummstadt for their service.

A big thank you to Patrick and the team at Brummstadt. I had initially only reached out regarding a minor technical issue to which I received immediate and helpful support. Through the conversation, I had mentioned that I accidentally cracked the screens cover glass around the reset button and the Brummstadt team offered to replace the head unit for free. They provided paid postage details so I could return the unit with the cracked screen and provided a replacement new unit immediately. Greatly appreciated and an amazing example of what real customer care and service looks like.

Although there was a problem initially with the frame not fitting the dashboard, the friendly customer rep, Tommy, was quickly able to come up with a solution. I'm happy to recommend this company. Recently installed a Brummstadt head unit which was quite easy to install although some install instructions are a bit vague the after sale service team were only too happy to assist. Had a few issues a few weeks later but the team were very helpful and the unit is working perfectly. I highly recommend Brummstadt and there after sale service.

Patrick and Kevin were very accessible and supportive throughout over a few days. Understandably, there were one or two questions as I've not got much experience of fitting one of these head units. But they were on hand very quickly to point me in the right direction. And they akways checked back to mske sure i was ok. This support was one of the reasons I chose this company over others, because I knew some help would be needed. And it's all done online using the chat facility which is very easy and instant. I have wanted to upgrade my head unit for a long time but was afraid to after reading of bad experiences on line. The thing that attracted me to the Brummstadt solution was the wire harness options so the installation would be plug and play. I was impressed with the finish of the replacement plastics - it looks like it was factory installed and the support I got from Patrick when I had queries was top notch

The back up for installation was a main factor I selected this product and it has been excellent. Tommy was my main contact. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with his timely replies to issues that occurred. Also back up by other team members was always helpful. The head unit is now functioning well. It is so important to send photos to them when requested for their diagnosis.

Audi s3 head-unit works well after a little fluffing around with the settings. No instruction manual or installation manual was provided, but the staff were very helpful with getting it all in and working. Happy with the end result. Just wish there was a user manual for all the different settings.

There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work. After contacting the service team and some friendly back forth to collect information we got there in the end. Now everything is great and the head unit works exactly as I had imagined. Thanks!

Received my head unit the day before Easter public holiday. Not particularly handy in the slightest but was able to install the unit myself the next day. My head unit developed an issue whereby the android auto kept freezing. I emailed Patrick for assitance and he responded to me within the hour. He gave me step by step guides on how to reboot, restart and run updates on the head u to software which fixed the problem. Great customer service.

An issue developed with my CarPlay Head Unit. Within a week from diagnosing issue, Patrick had arranged a new set of cables to be sent. They were received promptly & installed. Everything now working as it should be. Thanks for prompt service.

I'm not going to lie,it was not a straight forward process,the initial installation was pretty straightforward however there was some gremlins we couldn't sort out. But to their credit the head unit was replaced at no charge. Excellent product and the service backup is second to none

Unit works well in my vehicle. Easy to connect to vehicle. First unit was a different size than ordered but was not a big issue as the correct replacement unit was sent out as soon as possible with no issues at no extra cost. Customer service replys to emails about the issue and other questions after i had received the units were quick and easy to understand. Made things as stress free as possible. I have heard bad things about business like these but these guys were great. I would buy off them again for another vehicle.

A website that has a good layout, and search function. Friendly support via email, with really quick replies. Great unit, but was surprised it was sent from China. But even still only took 5 business days after tracking note was sent. Had it fitted up in less than 15 mins, as I've installed similar in dozens of cars. Thanks again!

Great working product as advertised . Easy install. Had some incorrect parts shipped initially however the after sales service was second to none . Instantly corrected and resolved in a timely manner . They were also help in the setup phase of the install and were always responsive . Would highly recommend
