- Address accuracy: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and you’ll need to resubmit your order.
Order processing
After placing your order successfully, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order details. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
We'll process your order within the next business day. Every order is monitored within 24 hours on business days and automatically sent to our warehouse.
If you've uploaded photos on our website to help us verify that the head unit you ordered is the right fit for your vehicle, we'll double-check those orders to help ensure you receive the correct product.

Delivery partners
We choose the delivery partner (which may include FedEx, Australia Post, DHL, or other couriers) based on cost, delivery time, and reliability. If you prefer a specific courier, you can select it at checkout and we'll use the option you’ve chosen.

Shipping Origins & Address Accuracy
Orders may ship from Australia or from overseas fulfillment partners, depending on stock availability and your delivery location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please review and confirm that the provided address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and request that you resubmit your order.
