Delivery time and cost
We process your order on the next business day. Dispatch can take up to 10 business days, and it's usually quicker. If it will take longer, we'll let you know.
Head units over AUD 200 ship free. Under AUD 200, shipping is about AUD 10. FedEx or DHL can be chosen at checkout from about AUD 39.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Outside Australia, taxes or customs fees may apply in your country.
Orders may ship from Australia or from overseas fulfilment partners. You get your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, and each product page shows a delivery estimate.
Returns, warranty and cancellations
Changed your mind? Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging, for store credit. A 20% restocking fee applies, and it's the only deduction. You cover the return postage.
Faulty, damaged or not as described? Send us photos, and a video for a fault, and we'll put it right with a repair or replacement at no cost to you. Head units come with a 3-year warranty.
Cancelling an order: we check with the supplier whether it can still be stopped, so please wait for our confirmation before treating it as cancelled.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for major problems, are not affected.
Can I fit it myself?
Yes. Our kits are made to be fitted by the owner, with a plug-and-play harness for your car, and we help seven days a week if you get stuck.
The installation guide covers cameras, audio and antennas, steering wheel controls and wiring, CarPlay and Android Auto, and settings.
Prefer to have it fitted? We have a fitting service on the Gold Coast and in Launceston. If you use another installer, their costs are your own.
Help installing my kit
The installation guide has step-by-step help for camera and parking setup, audio, radio and antennas, vehicle integration and wiring, connectivity and infotainment, and settings.
If a plug or menu doesn't match your kit, don't force it. Message us with your order number and what you see, and we'll help.
Update my unit's software
Keeping your unit up to date is easy. Our step-by-step video shows the online update from start to finish, and the steps are written out on the same page.
Plan 30 to 60 minutes, parked, with the engine running. Switch Bluetooth off on your phone first: wireless CarPlay and Android Auto use the unit's Wi-Fi, so the unit can't use Wi-Fi for the internet while they're connected.
Mic not clear on calls?
If callers say you sound far away or muffled, fit the little external mic up near your head and set mic gain in the unit's Factory Setting menu. Our video shows both, step by step, and the steps are written out on the same page.
Allow about ten minutes, parked, with your phone paired by Bluetooth for a test call at the end.
Reverse camera shows No signal?
Often it's just the camera format, and changing it needs no code: in reverse, hold one finger on the picture, tap the little car and pick the format. Our video shows it, plus the wiring checks and the other fixes, and the steps are written out on the same page.
Kept the car's original camera? A few run on about 6V and need a 12V to 6V step-down module (we don't sell these), so check its voltage before you power it from the unit.
Setting up your TPMS kit?
Plug the kit's receiver into the unit's USB lead and open the ANR TPMS app. If the app isn't on your unit yet, install it from the kit's little USB stick first. Then fit each marked sensor on its own wheel while the app is open. Our video shows every step, the settings and the checks, and the steps are written out on the same page.
Allow about twenty minutes for the outside sensors, then leave the unit on for about ten minutes while they settle in. App says it's waiting for the adapter? That's the receiver: plug it back in firmly, or try the unit's other USB lead.
CarPlay or Android Auto not connecting?
ZLINK, the app on your unit, does the connecting. Switch Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on on your phone, open ZLINK on the unit, then pick the unit's name in your phone's Bluetooth list. Our video shows every step, the data cable test, two phones and the quick fixes, and the steps are written out on the same page.
Stuck on Connecting? Switch Bluetooth off on your phone, then back on, and try again. On a cable, use a data cable: a cable that only charges fills the phone up, but CarPlay and Android Auto never start.
Something isn't working
Tell us your order number, your car, what happens and when, and what you've already tried. Then we can help without asking twice.
If you notice smoke, heat or a burning smell, switch the unit off and message us before using it again.
Many setup questions are answered in the installation guide.
Will my factory camera and controls keep working?
It depends on the camera. Most 12V factory cameras work once the right camera format is selected in the settings.
Some factory cameras run on about 6V, and our unit supplies 12V. A 12V to 6V step-down module keeps a 6V factory camera working (we don't sell these, your installer can fit one). The other way is our 1080p reverse camera, mounted at the back and wired to the unit, with a much sharper picture.
Steering wheel buttons, a factory amplifier and factory displays depend on your exact car. Check your car and we'll tell you what keeps working.
