Great unit. Great customer service
Unit works well in my vehicle. Easy to connect to vehicle. First unit was a different size than ordered but was not a big issue as the correct replacement unit was sent out as soon as possible with no issues at no extra cost. Customer service replys to emails about the issue and other questions after i had received the units were quick and easy to understand. Made things as stress free as possible. I have heard bad things about business like these but these guys were great. I would buy off them again for another vehicle.

Great unit for my Isuzu MUX.
Great unit for my Isuzu MUX. The full install took me about 3 hours in my driveway but works a treat and the screen quality is super slick. I needed to get some help making sure the steering wheel controls all matched up with my unit. Kevin responded to my email in about 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and helped me fix it in 10 minutes.

I’m very happy with this product overall. It performs as expected and meets my needs well. What really stood out, though, was the excellent after-sales support. Tommy was incredibly helpful in assisting me with some setup and settings issues, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His support made a big difference to my experience. Quick delivery
Quick delivery once I decided on the device. Easy install and took a couple of goes to get the right cables but all good. After a couple of days it kept cutting out. I contacted support and Kevin got back very quickly. He gave me tips to fix the issue and I got it resolved. Very happy with product and service.

Great product and amazing online help
Great product, could include slightly better install instructions. Might be me opening my car dash for the first time and not wanting to leave anything out or damage. UI is simple to use, don't be affraid to play around as you should be able to break anything. Online help specifically "Tommy" has been amazing overall amazing product

Fantastic Pre and Post Purchase experience
Before purchase I had many questions which were all answered very well. Gave me confidence in buying. Delivery was great although the wrong harness was sent. After a quick chat to Patrick, a new harness delivery was organised, and arrived quickly. Setup was super easy and Patrick helped with a few small settings. Super happy with the experience.

Great pre- and post-sales experience; the product is quality and after a week's use, seems to be what it claims. I received my new stereo quicker than…
I received my new stereo quicker than expected and was very easy to install. When I turned on the unit it wasn’t working the way it should have so I emailed Beamer and was contacted very quickly by a technician called Kevin who was very helpful sending step by step instructions and videos to rectify all the issues and it now works great and I’m very happy with the unit.

It took some time to clear up the various issues that we had encounted, partially due to me not having the time to implement the solutions that had been provided, however the staff were consistantly helpfull reactive and kept me up to date with the progress with the solution options. Very happy with the assistance from kevin. All issues have been resolved and my wife is very happy with the outcome.

Highly recommend the product fully satisfied with the final outcome and performance. It was really nice working with Rivandi for technical support and guidance, skills, and professionalism is at very best. Thank you again Rivandi for you support and guidance. As a Improvement it is good if the product can match with the original panel colours, and include a wire diagram with the product.

Great Online Help!
Instructions in the box could have been better, but when I contacted the Online Help on a Sunday, I had a response in minutes (7 day a week support!!!). Patrick J was incredibly helpful, and he had my issue sorted or he gave me advice on what needed to be done. He also followed up over the next few days to confirm everything was working etc.

Great Customer Service
The customer service was really quite excellent throughout my whole process. After I accidentally bought the wrong unit they were extremely patient and helpful while assisting me with getting my return and refund sorted, and promptly sent the correct unit. Patrick J in particular was very helpful as they guided me through the whole process from start to finish, replying quickly in a professional manner with effective solutions for all of my questions.
