I’m really impressed with this unit, I purchased the apple car play plug and play unit for my Audi Q5 and I couldn’t be happier. At first when the unit got delivered I noticed I had been given the wrong part for my car and Kevin was super helpful and sorted the correct part for me and kept me up to date everyday. Great unit for my Isuzu MUX.
Great unit for my Isuzu MUX. The full install took me about 3 hours in my driveway but works a treat and the screen quality is super slick. I needed to get some help making sure the steering wheel controls all matched up with my unit. Kevin responded to my email in about 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and helped me fix it in 10 minutes.

I’m very happy with this product overall. It performs as expected and meets my needs well. What really stood out, though, was the excellent after-sales support. Tommy was incredibly helpful in assisting me with some setup and settings issues, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His support made a big difference to my experience. Quick delivery
Quick delivery once I decided on the device. Easy install and took a couple of goes to get the right cables but all good. After a couple of days it kept cutting out. I contacted support and Kevin got back very quickly. He gave me tips to fix the issue and I got it resolved. Very happy with product and service.

Great product and amazing online help
Great product, could include slightly better install instructions. Might be me opening my car dash for the first time and not wanting to leave anything out or damage. UI is simple to use, don't be affraid to play around as you should be able to break anything. Online help specifically "Tommy" has been amazing overall amazing product

Patrick was very welcoming and helped my auto electrician when help was needed installing my new system in my car. I also had a question and emailed Patrick who replied very quickly how to fix my problem which was appreciative as I am not very tech savvy. Overall love my new system. A very Happy customer.
