Fantastic after sales service and technical support, a very special shout out to Tommy, who went above and beyond all expectations. I actually ordered and received the complete dash unit for my Mazda BT 50 over a year ago, I only recently got around to actually installing it, only to find that I had been supplied a DAB receiver for a different model. My 83 year old dad can see clearly where he is going on the bigger screen. His phone reflected the sun and kept falling off the mount. Great product. Very quick response on email about any concerns. Just should mention more clearly that device is mailed to the installer and not to your delivery address. Definitely would recommend it!

I had a really great experience with receiving my reverse camera cable

I had a really great experience with this team. After installing Apple CarPlay, I lost functionality of my reverse camera and wasn’t sure how to fix it. They quickly identified the issue and organised the correct cord needed to reconnect it. Throughout the process, they kept me updated with shipping details and made everything super easy. The cord arrived quickly, and once installed, everything worked perfectly again. Really impressed with the fast shipping, clear communication, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

very happy with this product! was a little confronting when the box was opened as all the different cables were a bit confusing. Once I got the hang of it the install was very simple - carplay works a treat, easy to assign my steering wheel buttons for deck control, reversing camera was also quite seamless. Happy Customer!

Awesome!

Super happy with my new aftermarket head unit. It looks good, works well. Communication was top tier, Kevin is great to deal with! Lots of information regarding compatibility; quick, helpful and detailed responses. Nothing seemed to be a hassle. Highly recommended if you are needing a new head unit etc. It's best if you also provide plenty of photos and info on your car beforehand too - that way Kevin and the rest of the team at Brummstadt can make sure you are getting exactly what you need. 10/10

2016 Hilux Install

Excellent product. Have previously installed top brand name head units in other cars and they have always been a pain. This was an easy plug and play, with the Hilux harness provided. Only issue I had was with the reverse camera, emailed support and Kevin put me straight on the fix, was just changing the setting from 360 to reverse took 2 mins. This is a much better system than the original and having Bluetooth CarPlay is awesome. Also read a review that said the sound was crap, this is incorrect the sound from the original speakers is now so much better. Great product, easy install.

Absolutely great product and moulding fit perfectly to my 2019 Mazda BT 50

Absolutely great product would definitely recommend and buy an again. customer support is also great as I had a couple of problems with my steering wheel controls and re-camera. Which was sorted within half an hour to an hour dealing with Tommy which sorted all my problems once again great product and great service and delivery time was good. Need to set yourself a good couple of hours for install and setting up as there are heaps of Little hidden functions and settings!!
