Having purchased my new Brumstadt plug and play system for my Mazda 3, I couldn't be happier. With no experience, I installed the unit myself easily. The unit works perfectly and really enhances the look of the dashboard. The after sales service from Patrick J is possibly the best I have experienced. He kept me updated and guided me through the installation process. I have and will continue to tell anyone who will listen of the amazing experience I had with Brumstadt. Thank you very much.

Big shout to Tommy for the quick, friendly and informative responses, great to have proper converstaions back and firth with a service advisor that is interested in your outcome! Doesn’t get much better than this.

Not only is the product great, it works flawlessly and is super responsive with great graphics rendering. But the customer service was even better! I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Patrick J, every question, query or concern I raised was answered with prompt response and plenty of supporting detail. Even to the point of providing photos to assist with verification. A breath of fresh air getting this level of support on a new product, it really made the already simple install an absolute breeze as I had everything required before the installation. 5 star product with 6 star service. Keep it up team!

I’m very happy with this product overall. It performs as expected and meets my needs well. What really stood out, though, was the excellent after-sales support. Tommy was incredibly helpful in assisting me with some setup and settings issues, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His support made a big difference to my experience. Quick delivery

Quick delivery once I decided on the device. Easy install and took a couple of goes to get the right cables but all good. After a couple of days it kept cutting out. I contacted support and Kevin got back very quickly. He gave me tips to fix the issue and I got it resolved. Very happy with product and service.

Fantastic Pre and Post Purchase experience

Before purchase I had many questions which were all answered very well. Gave me confidence in buying. Delivery was great although the wrong harness was sent. After a quick chat to Patrick, a new harness delivery was organised, and arrived quickly. Setup was super easy and Patrick helped with a few small settings. Super happy with the experience.

Great pre- and post-sales experience; the product is quality and after a week's use, seems to be what it claims. The installation was daunting me for a few months, but once I got to it, I found the instructions good and the chat support first-rate. Special mention to Thomas, thanks for your patience and input. staff were consistantly helpfull reactive and kept me up to date with the progress

It took some time to clear up the various issues that we had encounted, partially due to me not having the time to implement the solutions that had been provided, however the staff were consistantly helpfull reactive and kept me up to date with the progress with the solution options. Very happy with the assistance from kevin. All issues have been resolved and my wife is very happy with the outcome.

Highly recommend the product fully satisfied with the final outcome and performance. It was really nice working with Rivandi for technical support and guidance, skills, and professionalism is at very best. Thank you again Rivandi for you support and guidance. As a Improvement it is good if the product can match with the original panel colours, and include a wire diagram with the product.

Saddam was super patient and has assisted me with troubleshooting to get my new unit working. Was so awesome having someone so helpful! You rarely get service like this anymore! And setting it up myself saved me $500! But would have been much harder without Saddam's help! Thank you!!

The company have been super awesome. The installation of the unit was quick and easy. I did have a small issue but got onto the chatbot and spoke with Rivandi and he was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Online Help!

Instructions in the box could have been better, but when I contacted the Online Help on a Sunday, I had a response in minutes (7 day a week support!!!). Patrick J was incredibly helpful, and he had my issue sorted or he gave me advice on what needed to be done. He also followed up over the next few days to confirm everything was working etc.

Great Customer Service

The customer service was really quite excellent throughout my whole process. After I accidentally bought the wrong unit they were extremely patient and helpful while assisting me with getting my return and refund sorted, and promptly sent the correct unit. Patrick J in particular was very helpful as they guided me through the whole process from start to finish, replying quickly in a professional manner with effective solutions for all of my questions.
