Having purchased my new Brumstadt plug and play system for my Mazda 3, I couldn't be happier. With no experience, I installed the unit myself easily. The unit works perfectly and really enhances the look of the dashboard. The after sales service from Patrick J is possibly the best I have experienced. He kept me updated and guided me through the installation process. I have and will continue to tell anyone who will listen of the amazing experience I had with Brumstadt. Thank you very much.

When I got a new Iphone and it would not connect to the head unit I reached out to the technical support team, Even 5 years after my original purchase of the head unit they were still happy to assist. They provided the firmware update and instructions to get my system working with the new phone and helped out with a few adjustments that needed to be made following the update. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The support service from Brummstadt Support Service was nothing short of outstanding. The help provided enabled me to complete the installation faltlessly. Honesty the unit arrived within 3 days of ordering, which I was NOT expecting, Unboxed it, looked a little bit daunting I won’t lie….. but once you open it all up. It’s 100% plug and play, can’t mix any of the plugs up. Only thing I needed to “wire up” was a reverse singnal for my reverse camera. Which was fitted previously, and worked with this setup perfectly, didn’t need to buy another camera or run more cables which I was stoked with! 🇦🇺 legends 🍻

I bought an aftermarket screen with car play and a reversing camera. I was installing this by myself and I had never done it before. I have to say the customer service, in particular by Tommy, was incredible. Any question or problem I had was answered, and nothing was too much of a problem for him to help me with. I would definitely recommend buying from this store. As the aftermarket care was next level.

I purchased a Brummstadt Android wireless Carplay head unit for my 2019 Jeep JLU and received absolute 5-star support from Tommy, Kevin and Patrick. I was struggling with setting up the wiring and connections and Tommy went completely above and beyond. Not only did he walk me through the troubleshooting process step-by-step with incredible patience, but he also supplied additional devices at zero cost to help try and get the unit integrated. The customer service team's responsiveness and product knowledge are truly first-rate. I’ve never experienced this level of after-sales support in the car audio industry. Although this unit eventually did not integrate with my Jeep as promised and I had hoped, Brummstadt refunded my purchase in full. This company, and the people behind it, are highly recommended! I would buy from them again.

These guys are next level! The support and service was something i have never experienced before. I''m no auto electrician, but wanted to give the installation of the head unit and reverse camera a go. Tommy and the team were so helpful and patient and guided me through the installation setup. I bounced emails to them regularly with a prompt reply understanding the issue and providing a way to fix it. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Received the Brummstadt unit. Admittedly faced a range of niggles fitting this up from a harness problem (no power) to OE switching and fit of that which I eventually sorted with the expert assistance of Tommy who always did his best to help. Tommy’s help highly appreciated. I relayed all this back so Tommy could work with the factory to resolve these issues. So, whilst fitment did challenge me, the end result is a unit that works really quite well. Heaps of menus, sound is great, works wonderfully with the steering wheel controls and camera all clear and recording all working well.

Great unit for my Isuzu MUX. The full install took me about 3 hours in my driveway but works a treat and the screen quality is super slick. I needed to get some help making sure the steering wheel controls all matched up with my unit. Kevin responded to my email in about 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and helped me fix it in 10 minutes.

Just updated my head unit in a 2016 Honda HRV. Best move ever! Great size and look! Gives the dash a more modern look. Reversing camera still works well and I love all the additional features of this head unit. Definitely worth the effort. Initial purchase was smooth as silk and installation support was quick and helpful 👍👍👍

Through the conversation, I had mentioned that I accidentally cracked the screens cover glass around the reset button and the Brummstadt team offered to replace the head unit for free. I purchased a new head unit for my Skoda after having constant problems with a cheaper version from a Chinese online supplier. Although there was a problem initially with the frame not fitting the dashboard, the friendly customer rep, Tommy, was quickly able to come up with a solution. I'm happy to recommend this company. Quick delivery once I decided on the device. Easy install and took a couple of goes to get the right cables but all good. After a couple of days it kept cutting out. Im based in Melbourne and bought a wireless carplay unit for 2016 Subaru. Works very well it has heaps of features outside carplay that i didn't know it had. Patrick was very helpful answering my questings regarding setting up the reversing camera. I highly recommend them

Audi s3 head-unit works well after a little fluffing around with the settings. No instruction manual or installation manual was provided, but the staff were very helpful with getting it all in and working. Happy with the end result. Just wish there was a user manual for all the different settings.

It took some time to clear up the various issues that we had encounted, partially due to me not having the time to implement the solutions that had been provided, however the staff were consistantly helpfull reactive and kept me up to date with the progress with the solution options. Product is great. But after sales service by Kevin was amazing. It had been two years since I purchased the unit and was moving it to a new car, but they still assisted with patience, prompt and clear direction.

Instructions in the box could have been better, but when I contacted the Online Help on a Sunday, I had a response in minutes (7 day a week support!!!). Patrick J was incredibly helpful, and he had my issue sorted or he gave me advice on what needed to be done. He also followed up over the next few days to confirm everything was working etc.
