Works as described. Significant improvement on the OEM unit and looks like it is a factory unit. Great CarPlay functionality. All original sensors and buttons work - parking sensors, rear camera, steering wheel controls. I bought the DAB tuner but was discouraged from installing by the installer. I use the IHeartRadio instead and that provides stations from all over the world, album art, lyrics, etc. I did have a problem getting the rear-view camera to work. I lodged a support request and was sent a video on how to fix (it was a configuration issue for PAL vs NTSC video format). Very happy with the unit and the after-sales service.

first, costumer service is awesome, they answer all my questions immidiately and all the info they gave me helped a lot. about the head unit, it arrive earlier than i expected, good packageing and the unit looks awesome, all the features that ive been looking for a head unit is in there, easy install and it doesnt look aftermarket at all, its like it came from factory,, although i have problem with the reverse camera with my stock one, cause i gave them a wrong info about the year model so they send me the wrong harness, my bad, but they still fix the issue and send me the correct harness, i didnt expect them to do that for free because as ive mentioned its my fault..so i can say that thier costumer service is freaking good, i showed the unit with my friends and now they are planning to buy one, i really reccomend this, as ive seen a lot of aftermarket and most of them has problem, like the unit is lagging, not that responsive, not easy to install and you have to make modification to do it, the apps cant be update, the build quality is bad and some are that they easy to break.. but this one is perfect, for the price, its really worth it..

Great looking unit and very happy with how it looks. Still working though the operations of it but pretty basic to get apple car play up and running. I have an aftermarket rear camera running to reverse mirror and still need to reroute that to unit. Install (wiring) instructions were pretty basic (in manual) however it was fairly straightforward to install, although I did have to find some third party YouTube clips just to be on the safe side. Some really good trips and tricks in removing old unit etc Wiring harnesses were all plug and play and I’m no auto electrician but managed to install without any issues! Instructions seem to be fairly badly translated but you can get the meaning of what is required. Some simple you tube clips would help a lot I have had a small issue with maps freezing on apple car play and hope it’s just operator error Overall (so far) 9/10 🤙🏼🤙🏼

When I got a new Iphone and it would not connect to the head unit I reached out to the technical support team, Even 5 years after my original purchase of the head unit they were still happy to assist. They provided the firmware update and instructions to get my system working with the new phone and helped out with a few adjustments that needed to be made following the update. Upgraded my 2011 Sprinter with this Premium Head Unit Kit and it’s excellent. Installation was straightforward—just a quick photo of my old unit and wiring ensured I got the correct plug-and-play kit. The system supports wired and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the USB input lets me play music even without reception, perfect for remote drives. The sound is much better after a speaker upgrade, and the display is clear and responsive. Patrick, the contact for the kit, was quick to reply and helpful with questions. Shipping was reasonably fast and everything arrived ready to go. Highly recommended if you want a modern, functional upgrade for your Sprinter without fuss.

Super happy with my new aftermarket head unit. It looks good, works well. Communication was top tier, Kevin is great to deal with! Lots of information regarding compatibility; quick, helpful and detailed responses. Nothing seemed to be a hassle. Easy plug and play instillation for our old 2009 Honda Accord Euro. Gives a modern improved look and the included trim makes it look like it was factory fitted. I went for the 9inch size and it is perfect. I used YouTube for instructions on how to remove the old head unit & it was pretty straightforward to swap it over. A couple of minor technical glitches quickly sorted with Tommy on the online help. I’m very happy and would recommend.

Where do I start, Vik came out at the absolute drop of a hat and was working up until 10pm at night to get it done for me! The unit he installed in my 2013 amarok is just next level and upper class! Setting up our unit required a lot of understanding to get everything working. Whilst it took us a few weeks to get everything working, this only occurred with the fantastic assistance from the guys at Brummstadt (Kevin & Tommy). Better than expected, great unit, fast installation, Viktor came to my place and in no time I had both wireless head unit and rear camera installed on my Golf. It's been a few weeks since I installed the head unit which in the scheme of things wasn't too bad thank to YouTube. Spent a while ironing out a few quirks getting CarPlay playing the way I wanted as two of us use the car. In the end best seems to be one phone connecting wirelessly and the other wired 🤷🏽♂️. All in all both my wife and I are very happy with the fit, look and functionality (especially after the hopeless Toyota system).

Through the conversation, I had mentioned that I accidentally cracked the screens cover glass around the reset button and the Brummstadt team offered to replace the head unit for free. They provided paid postage details so I could return the unit with the cracked screen and provided a replacement new unit immediately. 2016 DM SantaFe superior Head unit.
I wanted a Brummstad head unit so I could use Apple Car and Apple Maps in my 2016 DM SantaFe Highlander. As this was optioned up I was particular to not want to lose any of the Highlander options, especially the awesome sound system. After a few delays with getting correct Canbus unit , the system is 100% working as promised. The trouble shooting staff at Brummstadt, especially Tommy and Kevin were extremely dedicated to my eventual success and complete satisfaction. All issues were respectfully resolved. I can thoroughly recommend these units and Brummstadt for their service.

Works great! This head unit is a huge improvement over the previous. Even with a larger 9" screen it still sits flush with the trim. The resolution, refresh rate and colour saturation are great and the unit is very responsive to touchscreen and steering wheel inputs. Overall I'm very happy with this.

Initially I had problem with the iSelect Controller and I reported it via email. And I received a lot of help, information and clarification to solving the issue. And with the receipt and installation of a replacement controller knob the problem is resolved. Overall I’m very happy with the service and technical support given by the Baeumer team. He checked in, made sure everything was working properly, and even offered to walk me through the interface step by step whenever I needed it. It’s rare these days to get customer service that’s actually personal, patient, and genuinely helpful - but Kevin absolutely delivered. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was a bit unsure at first not being a branded screen. After talking to Viktor though I took a chance and had the upgraded head unit installed. Viktor was very professional and the install was great, the Apple CarPlay features are handy and having the front and rear cameras able to record is another great feature!

Great back up
The back up for installation was a main factor I selected this product and it has been excellent. Tommy was my main contact. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with his timely replies to issues that occurred. Also back up by other team members was always helpful. The head unit is now functioning well. It is so important to send photos to them when requested for their diagnosis.

This unit is brilliant. Plug and play as per instructions. Just remember to make sure to connect an permanent power source and also connect the line to the reverse light power source in the tail light when adding or connecting to reverse camera. Amazing picture and connectivity.

Item once received arrived well packed and in excellent condition with all cables and accessories required. Was a simple install with no issues and literally only took approximately 20 for pure amateur. Keep trying, it will work!
Big Thanks to Patrick and service team at Brummstadt. After installing unit we had trouble getting the SWC to work. There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work. After contacting the service team and some friendly back forth to collect information we got there in the end. Now everything is great and the head unit works exactly as I had imagined. Thanks!

Great unit works perfectly. And the customer service was the best I have ever had. I emailed a problem getting the reverse camera to work and they sent easy directions nearly straight away to fix the problem. Would recommend to anyone.

The head unit for my 2010 Rav 4 was only installed on Tuesday so I am still playing with it but I’m very happy with how easy it is to use and navigate. Aaron did the installation and he was very professional and showed me the basics. Happy to recommend this product

Easy install, works great. One thing I would recommend is double sided sticky tape just to ensure that the unit stays in. I found the clips to be a little lose but it could just be the way I tried to bunch the wirest together.
