Manufacturer Warranty
Most products come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 12-36 months. Warranty claims are handled differently from returns:
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures
- Does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse
- Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims
- We assist with warranty claims even after the return period
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we process refunds within 10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective items, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes! We're happy to process exchanges for different models or colors. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. Exchange items ship immediately upon receipt of your return.
What if my item was damaged during shipping?
Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
