    Processing Times: Once your order is shipped and you receive a tracking number, it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. This is completely normal as carriers batch-update their tracking systems.

    Tracking Updates: Sometimes packages are already in transit even though the tracking shows "Label Created" or no movement. Carriers typically update tracking at major checkpoints, not for every movement.

    Delivery Issues: If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, was delivered to the wrong address, or appears stuck, please contact the carrier directly. Due to privacy regulations, only the recipient can request detailed delivery information or file claims with the carrier.

    After we create your shipping label, it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking to become active in the carrier's system. During busy periods, this may take up to 72 hours. Your package is likely already on its way even if tracking isn't showing yet. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact us.

    First, check with neighbors and household members. Look around your property including back doors, garages, and behind bushes. Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered up to 24 hours before actual delivery. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. They can provide GPS coordinates of the delivery location and investigate further.

    Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Generally, orders are delivered within 7-14 business days within Australia. For remote areas, delivery may take a few extra days. For the most accurate delivery estimate specific to your order, please check the product page where shipping times are calculated based on current stock availability and your location. The expected delivery date shown at checkout provides the best estimate for your specific order.
