Support requests typically receive responses within minutes during these hours, and emails are usually answered within 2-4 hours.

You can email them to service@brummstadt.com.au (just mention your name from the contact form so we can match them up), or attach them to your support request. Our team often sends photos and videos back to show exactly what to do - it's like having a mate who knows cars looking over your shoulder!
Some factory cameras work straight away, others need a bit of help. If yours doesn't work immediately, don't stress - contact our support team. We might need to send you a 12V to 6V converter or help with different wiring. We've dealt with pretty much every camera setup out there, so we'll get yours sorted.
