Let me start of by saying that when this is successfully installed it provides very good sound quality and looks really good and well fitted. I have not yet figured out how to use all of the features yet but it looks pretty good so far.

The unit is installed and working well with great online help from Tommy and others. The installation guide supplied is generic which I expected because of the diversity of vehicles it fits but most of the process is obvious.

Friendly support via email, with really quick replies. Great unit, but was surprised it was sent from China. But even still only took 5 business days after tracking note was sent. Had it fitted up in less than 15 mins, as I've installed similar in dozens of cars. Thanks again!
Permission issues
The personalised service provided by Patrick was exceptional, l was having a permission issue between the new unit and my mobile, while the problem was being investigated l was kept informed and in the loop, l was very happy with the service provided and the eventual outcome once all permissions had been allowed

Very pleased with the new headunit and the technical support is excellent as they resolved a minor issue very quickly. Tommy is extremely helpful and I highly recommend getting the headunit from them.

The experience with Brummstadt was smooth and professional. Communication was alittle slow at first but it was honest and fulfilling.
The end product is magnificent and surpassed my expectations. One or two minor hiccups along the way but expected when transforming a 12 year old car into the modern age.

After installing unit we had trouble getting the SWC to work. There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work. After contacting the service team and some friendly back forth to collect information we got there in the end. Now everything is great and the head unit work...
