The unit is installed and working well with great online help from Tommy and others. The installation guide supplied is generic which I expected because of the diversity of vehicles it fits but most of the process is obvious.
A very good product which brings my Prado into the modern era.

Absolutely great product would definitely recommend and buy an again. customer support is also great as I had a couple of problems with my steering wheel controls and re-camera. Which was sorted within half an hour to an hour dealing with Tommy which sorted all my problems once again great product and great service and delivery time was good.

Permission issues
The personalised service provided by Patrick was exceptional, l was having a permission issue between the new unit and my mobile, while the problem was being investigated l was kept informed and in the loop, l was very happy with the service provided and the eventual outcome once all permissions had been allowed

Very pleased with the new headunit and the technical support is excellent as they resolved a minor issue very quickly. Tommy is extremely helpful and I highly recommend getting the headunit from them.

After installing unit we had trouble getting the SWC to work. There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work. After contacting the service team and some friendly back forth to collect information we got there in the end. Now everything is great and the head unit work...
Great product and excellent support
The purchase went smoothly despite wrong wiring supplied initially. That was quickly corrected and the installation took just a couple of hours. All the time Kevin was very helpful and patient with my questions responding knowledgeably and promptly.
