A website that has a good layout, and search function. Friendly support via email, with really quick replies. Great unit, but was surprised it was sent from China. But even still only took 5 business days after tracking note was sent. Had it fitted up in less than 15 mins, as I've installed similar in dozens of cars. Thanks again!

There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work.
