Use your phone in vertical format.
Film in short clips, not one long take. We must see every install step – start to finish.

1. Open the private upload folder (link is in your email)
2. Upload all clips and photos – no editing needed
3. Reply to the original email when done – we’ll review it quickly
4. Once uploaded and you’ve let us know, we’ll take it from there:
   We’ll review your content as soon as possible. If anything is missing or could be improved, we’ll let you know.
   
   If everything looks good and your material is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the amount we have mailed you personally refund will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank, the money should show up within a few business days or less.

Please note: This campaign for your specific item — the one you were invited to via email — will stay active until we receive the perfect media, either from you or another customer.
Until then, it remains open and you’re still eligible to participate.
If the campaign for this particular product closes before you upload, we’ll notify you by email.

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need professional filming equipment?

No. Your phone is perfect. Just clean the lens, hold it steady, and film with good lighting.
You can also ask a friend or partner to help you film — that way, your hands stay free and the footage turns out even clearer. That’s the ideal setup.

2. What format should the videos be in?

Vertical only. Use short clips – don’t film one long video.

3. Can I speak in the video?

Yes – and we encourage it! Even simple voice prompts improve understanding.

4. Do I need to show my face?

No. Hands and steps must be visible, but your face is not required.

5. What if I already installed the unit?

This project requires a full install video. Showing the result or talking afterward is not enough.
You can reinstall your factory unit and film it again – it’s easier the second time and usually even better.

6. What exactly should I film?

Each step: dashboard, box, disassembly, wiring, mounting, power-up, setup, and features. One clip per step.

7. What photos should I take?

Everything: dashboard, box, wiring, connections, before/after views, and screen turned on.

8. How do I upload everything?

Use your private folder (link was emailed). No trimming or editing needed. Just drop files and notify us.

9. When will I hear back?

Within 2–3 business days after your confirmation email.

10. Will you publish my name?

No. Your identity stays private. This campaign is fully anonymous.

11. What if my video isn’t accepted?

If it’s missing steps or unclear, we’ll let you know. You can re-film, and we’ll support you with feedback.
